My Work at Hewlett Packard Enterprise
From 2017 to 2019 I worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as a Employee and Organizational Development Lead. In this role, I designed, developed, and delivered employee and leadership development initiatives for different organizations within the company. I served as a comprehensive employee and organizational development leader, participating in all aspects of client engagement, solution design, development, delivery, and post-training performance support.
Among other responsibilities, I designed, developed, and delivered the following programs:

Job Shadow Program - this program focused on rich exposure to our global corporate team. Participants immersed themselves in another organization for experiential learning.

Project Management Training - Foundational PM training used by multiple orgs within HPE.

Timekeeping System - took the lead on rolling out a new timekeeping system to my team, making adjustments as needed.

Company Culture Education - lead role. Designed a comprehensive program to communicate and reinforce the department's and company's culture and values.

Video Training - Designed and developed video training for various learning programs and efforts.
