Learning and Performance Leadership
A Brief Bio
I have worked in Learning and Development for more than 15 years. Most recently I designed, created, and oversaw a training effort for 12k+ global users. Prior to this, I created a training and development team for Encore Health Resources with a 100% remote workforce. My efforts to provide training to a geographically-dispersed workforce of traveling consultants involved leading a 3-day educational corporate retreat, launching the Cornerstone On-Demand LMS, acquiring 3rd party training content, and developing in-house training content. This included engagement strategies for our e-learning, mobile learning, video, and instructor-led training content. My success with building the training infrastructure positioned me to lead a project to deploy Cornerstone's Performance Management System. This resulted in the company's first fully online automated annual review system.
During my career, I have provided training leadership to industries including energy, healthcare, airlines, b2b professional services, and technology. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life Pacific University in San Dimas, CA.
