Learning and Performance Leadership
This course was designed to introduce new Team Managers to their role, it's processes and the management functions of the company's systems. It was designed to emulate the format of a late night talk show. It had a show intro, host monologue, and guest interviews. Through constant movement, multiple characters (voiced by professional voice talent), and interwoven video it captured and maintained the participant's attention. The course ends with a game show knowledge check.
This course used a contrast of illustrated and photographic images with an interactive interface that incorporated a gamification element.

While each module was custom designed to address a specific learning objective, there are commonalities in all of them. Courses were designed to capture and retain the participants attention using creative, familiar and entertaining formats. Courses covering similar topics, or in a sequence, used a common theme to help users connect the dots.
